FYI Help

The content on your site doesn't appear to be changing
Our home page is updated daily and our guides are updated continuously. If your browser is bringing up old material, it may be because of something called "caching". Caching is when pages that have been visited before are stored on your hard drive. When you visit our site again, the browser shows you the "cached" page instead of getting the latest version of our page from our Web site. If you suspect the page you are viewing may have changed since your last visit, simply hold the shift key on your keyboard while you click the RELOAD (or REFRESH) button in your most browsers. If that doesn't help, clear out your cache or set your cache size to zero (under the browser's Options, Configurations or Preferences menus). Another possibility is that your Internet Service Provider or your office's LAN may be using a cache server.

Experiencing Technical Difficulty?
The FYI London Web site uses javascript throughout the site. In order to use the quick access pull down, you will need to have a Java/Javascript enabled browser.

  • Netscape: In the Edit menu, choose Preferences. Choose Advanced, and enable Java and Java Script.
  • Internet Explorer: In the Tools menu, choose Internet Options. Choose Advanced, and scroll to the Java section and enable Java.
